Is there something worth keeping to sell for real money?

What are the most wanted tradeable things in RoS? Anything else other than Gems and Mats? Maybe plans?
I'm playing hardcore and I don't think I can make much money since the RMAH is down, but if sometimes I can pull some bucks out of this addictive game it'd be great. Maybe when the ladder comes there will be more possibilities.
    Any thoughts?

Not sure if troll or serious...

All essential items are bind on account, which means that there is NO trading in ROS anymore.

there are always great rare items that you can sell.
