How do I check what exactly I have not beaten to have this 100%

I hear you need 100% completion for adventure mode but I am stuck.

I beat this game many times over when it first came out but for some reason this patch made it so I had no quests. I thought I did them all but when I turn the game to public mode the only two acts that have "Any Quest" available (which is a way to tell if you have that act 100%) are 3/4. But it shows I can go to 1-10 on act 1 and act 2, meaning I am probably missing some quest within a quest on both of them. I really don't wanna have to run them both from start to finish again.
SO I ask you ..no I beg you, is there anyway to check exactly what I missed in the acts so I can go and beat it for RoS tonight?
