Patch includes:

* Loot 2.0 - "Smart" loot that is more likely to be useful for your character. Also Legendaries and gold will be BoA.
* Paragon 2.0
* Difficulty changes - Normal, Nightmare, Hell, and Inferno have been removed. Replaced by Normal, Hard, Expert, Master, and Torment[1 to 6]
* Clans & Communities
* Skill reworks - Many skills have been reworked, elemental damage types, runes, scales...

I will play it a bit but mainly waiting for RoS : ).
An OC member was kind enough to lend me his account using which I will play with my IRL friend, who is a peasant, on the eve of the new patch if it does Indeed come out tomorrow. Very opportune time for him and me to start playing with the new game systems, loot etc : ))).

Btw, NA Patch is up, you can start downloading it already since it will be a few GB ( Servers still off )
