EU gold prices plummeted over night

The new patch hit us and it caused havoc on EU servers..
Gold seems to have no lowest price anymore and as I am writing this 1 million gold costs 9 cents. Previously the lowest was 25 cents.
This was, to my knowledge, unannounced and I dont think it is the right way to go, mainly because I bot for IRL money as you can see on Online Game Bots - Reviewed here , but what do you think?
Is it a bug, if so, should we buy a lot of the lower priced gold and resell when the bug is fixed? or what?

Heard about this, and i was thinking of it myself.. however i logged into D3 EU - And cause i'm in the UK my AH is still in sterling and the minimum has always been 0.17 Pence and it still is. Is it possible its just a bug with the euro currency?

EDIT: Relogged, and its down to 12 Pence per mil, thats still more than 0.09 cents?

This is an unannounced thing, also as I hear in the US rmah it is sort of bugged - when you try to post gold for less than 0.25 per mil, it gives an error. So it looks like a bug, but the question is - how are blizzard going to fix this shit, since already billions of gold are traded with the bugged prices. Just Lol. And if there was such a huge change (since if it is legit it is a really big hit to the economy), how can they do it without announcing?

That's interesting info, but how is it possible that you know this information?

Anyway, what would your prediction be for the next few days? That the gold would stabilize around 15-20cents per mil maybe?

the whole order book is send to the client after a commodity price query. Dunno why they do it but they do it. (same for gems, recipes, ... )

Well, if 100 000 players each craft 100 amulets over the course of 1 week than that's 100 000 X 10 mil = 1 trillion gold sunk. That would be nice, not sure that would happen though..
