Banned account with attached paypal?

If one of your accounts gets banned with an attached paypal, do they not let you register accounts with that paypal any longer?

no billing and account bans rarely have any connection... when u get banned from wow you are still allowed to make a new account

unless of course the ban had something to do with paypal

You can attach a paypal account to unlimited b.net probably, i got it on 3 atleast :3
