Multiboxing Loot Alert Question

Hey there, I am currently running 2 instances of Diablo 3 with ISBoxer, when I try to start loot alert it asks me to select which process. The loot alert will allow me to select and start 1 process, but I get the error "cannot find the diablo process" when i try to start loot alert for the second screen.

Has anyone else worked through a similar issue? I want to be able to tell if a legendary or ring or what ever i have set, drops for either character....

Run 2 copies of loot alert and run them as Administrator
