Diablo 3 - Battle.net SMS Protect

Hey!
Anyone can help? My account is registered with United Kingdom country because anno i used RaF gametimes Now, i want to use RMAH in Diablo 3, but it's need SMS protect. The SMS protect is can't attached to my Hungarian mobile phone(i live in hungary), because it's only accept United Kingdom mobile numbers, if the account is registered to United Kingdom. How can i bypass them, or make anything to make useable the RMAH(with paypal)
