I bought an IK armor after originally talking to jack he said he said it in stock and to go through website. I did and sent money via paypal. He now said it would take 3 hours to get.. asked if this is okay I said I dont think it is and asked why and he didnt not answer and closed chat..... 6 hours later chat comes back on live... Its now sali.. Sali tells me they did not recipe payment they have no record of my sale ETC ETC.. After me proving via recipes I did indeed pay she closes chat. I try to reopen chat the rest of the day/night she acts like she has no idea who and closes all every time. I finally get back to jack when i get up and this is what he says.... At the end I even try to fix it all and ask for some gold in exchange for not getting my item and my money being tied up... He says okay and closes chat.... Live chat is offline again. What do I do now these guys apparently been around since 2006 and they scam me for 15.55$...?

Most companies live by scamming paying costumers and hacking their accounts.

Proof? Just look at most accounts spamming on chats, most of them belong to real users, real players, but they got hacked. The good ones they keep for botting, they spam with the bad ones, and sell all the profitable items.

Don't buy items or gold from those spammers, they are most likely scammers and will try to hack you if possible. Go to known websites, or buy directly from trusted users here or in some other known website, you can decrease your chances of being scammed that way.

Also, if you paid through Paypal, I'm pretty sure you can file a dispute, call a Paypal representative and talk to them directly, they usually side by you if you explain the situation clearly. You have proof that they didn't give you what you wanted (I hope you kept the proof that you paid - you probably have, since it was done through paypal) and that they ignored you (if you have prints, even better, it's a sure thing they will side by you).

You'll get your money back, pretty sure. Let this be a lesson to you though.

Why buy anything from a site that spam-invites-you-to-be-friends? No one should ever buy anything from them.

Not sure if my last post went though so Ill do it again.
I tried to do an order from these guys, but when I started the order; the pricing was a little off from the advertised price in game. I asked him why, when Ive put the code in. He stated that its because of advertising purposes. I stated that I was the CEO of a small corporation and thought those are legally bound to what is stated. He closes chat, I tried to reopen to get an error, then reopen to only find I had been banned. Kinda funny, I cant say they are thieves since they didnt get any money, but it is really a bad sign of shady business practices when directly misrepresent their pricing, then just close chat window when they are questioned.
