D3-IP Chane Problem

hey Guys
I Host Bots But when IP Change come they get "banned for a time" i muste use my 2 password or Sercet Password
but Now i cant use my sercet pasword to get unbanned (can t use the button )
on my not botting pc i can use this "button"
but why
on My Other Pc not
anyone can help me about it?

I am having the same problem, every time my router restarts, when I log in diablo 3 it says unlock from battle net website and it doesnt give you the option to unlock with secret answer. Any thoughts ?
