I had an authenticator so I'm afraid to do anything on my computer right now because it seems like a keylogger is the only way for someone to get into my account with an authenticator. The only thing I have is my first email address. My question is, how do I proceed from here? I know that I obviously lost all my items and gold. This is probably the most depressing thing that's happened to me all year. I had so much invested in my account, I feel like I've instantly lost part of my life. You can see from my rep that I've bought a lot of gold so it's not just a virtual loss, it is an actual loss in terms of my real finances.
I have done some research myself and found that Blizzard sometimes rolls back your account. I am just asking for advice on what to write. This whole experience has been very bad for me and I'd like to have as few problems as possible getting my items and gold back.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone with past experience could post their thoughts.
Thanks in advance.
