Zekromance Im really curious where you saw people getting banned for this show us the proof or you are just sayin' sh**** all over. Ofcourse its against blizz law and it is ban-able but it doesnt mean that you will write "I have confirmed people getting banned for as little as 100m gold sales per day."

I have confirmed people getting banned for as little as 100m gold sales per day. As mentioned above, they will ban you first then ask questions later. Once you attempt to unban the account you will have to explain how your gold intake does not match your auction house ledger - suffice to say the account will remain banned.

All pending transactions will be swallowed by blizzard.

pending transactions will not, once items/gold are sold then it`s sold. You ll get your money.

Somaliasky are you sure? I mean did happen to you personally? There is written that RMAH is automatical payment processor and it will just send you money but who knows if blizz dont stop all pending stuff.

I have 4-5 RMAH accounts. And I've been doing it for awhile. As far as I know, they ll only cancel your transaction when there's something wrong in buyer's end. And you ll usually find out about a couple hrs after you sold the items. However, I cannot guarantee anything because I am not working for Blizzard.

I just got 1 account my seller told me they will just lock my account if anything happens and I can unlock it if I tell me few things. Btw are you using proxy or something? You can get banned for having more than 1 account / 1 person.

I don't know about 1 account / 1 person thing, but I have legit government ID and other official documents for each of my account. And I don't think you ll get banned for more than 1 account / 1 person. You get suspended for auction-related issues for various reasons(I have found out numerous reasons through own experience) When you try to get it back, they ll ask your official IDs. Of cuz sometimes you are lucky you can get it back without IDs proving your identity.
