What's your dream farming character?

So let's say you have 2 billion gold to buy whatever you want from the Auction House and you were looking to make a character that will be able to essentially just walk through the game.

What would it be? Class, build, items, ect...

If you want to actually search and find the items that make up the character cool, but maybe just stat priorities would work too.

is ww barb really faster. My monk on my main before I got banned (:S) never got outrunned, never Do u use speed buff + 25ms? with spirit regen etc u can keep it for soo long

whirlwind barb with pernament berserker is realy freaking fast guy who got lvl 100 paragon even with only descent weapons could run act 3 under 10min...

He wasn't really doing the whole Act 3, only Core of Arreat, first lvl of Tower of the Damned, Arreat Crater lvl 2, Fields of Slaughter, Keep Depths lvl 2, rinse & repeat
