how much max speed from items?

Looking for information, how much max speed can be from items? it is any cap for it or not ? because its important inforamtion when u need quick farm paragon level.

It's capped at 25%.

that is because the passive skill from monk that gives 10% ms (i think it's 10%) can pass the 25% cap. so a monk can get to 35% ms.

from patch notes :

Fleet Footed

Movement speed bonus no longer counts toward the 25% movement speed increase cap
