transfering alot of mil. through rmah, safe?

Hi guys.

I have just bought a new clean EU key on my formerly banned account. I have alot of gold I want to sell on the RMAH. Now what I am not sure about is how Blizzard will react if a lvl 6 character sells alot of mil through rmah. Am I just just paranoid or should I sell the mil on the black marked - underpriced?

When you transfer money to your paypal acc. from rmah, it says it can take up to 72 hrs, in these hours im affraid Blizzard checks up on everything..

I hope a kind soul knows what to do :-)
