Question for people that selling outside RMAH?

Hey guys,

I really want to keep a sale through the RMAH but the person who is interested lives outside the US. He says he can go through Paypal. Seems like a good guy, only 1 month post history but all positive. Would you guys avoid this or go through with it? Tips? I'm afraid of the charge back/dispute scam, hence why I would prefer to do it through RMAH.

How much is the item? $20 or less I would do it if he sends money first any more I wouldn't risk it.

Maybe you should ask for id, photos, talk on the phone etc.. it still cannot 100% guarantee you from chargebacks/disputes, but its a start.

And ask him to pay as a merchandise. You will pay up to 7% in fees, but will be covered in case of disputes.

If your item is good enough to be sold over the 250 rmah max it's good enough for the buyer to wait for snail mail to deliver you a cashiers check or money order. If you use paypal you are asking to get it charged back.
