question about rmah and being banned

i had a questiomn about this. i know that if i sold and gold was processing ill still receive the money, but if i had gold up on ah
will it still sell and go to me or does it cancel all auctions?

I got all auctions canceled on my 2 banned RMAH accounts (they had only gold up on the auction house). Got few emails at the same time saying that my lots were canceled and my account was locked (suspended Diablo 3 status saying that i have to contact support and "banned" from auction house status).
p.s. EU RMAH if that matters

Maybe they are cancelling them now. I had mine go the full 36 hours and sell with the money being deposited in my account.

If u get banned, then remaining auction will be cancelled. I've experienced it twice
