Trade busy

So I opened up 2 windows of D3 doing -launch command in short cut and logged in with 2 different account. I wanted to try and trade between these 2 character but I keep getting trade busy. Am I not doing this right?

Close all windows on the character you are trying to trade with.

You can't trade with inventory or other windows open

I dont have anything open and it's not letting me trade

My first account lets me see the trade command and gets Player busy, and my 2nd account has the trade command blacked out.

If you purchase the game online you have to wait 1-3 days before you can trade. Once you are able to access the RMAH you should be able to trade. After 3 days if you are still not able to trade or access the RMAH you can change your password which should refresh your account.

k, i'll wait 3 days and see if i still have the problem. thanks for answers guys

Yes if they are new digital accounts that would be it as well. No trading or RMAH for 72 hours.
