i think it is to stop ppl from farming act 3~

i bot act 3 now with arreat core + 5 other locations, run is 10 minutes long, 4 bots running 24/7 no input limit, no bans.

Seems like the input limit is lifted on EU.... I've been botting Sarkoth for 3h straight now at full speed no limit yet....

The first time i got hit i did bot for 2 or 3 hours without hitting limits (sarkoth, 20sec closed, 40sec open) but then when i got them i had to wait some time before i could make a new game. someone on this thread or another thread mentioned a 2:55 cooldown before games. that is, if you wait 3 minutes, you would be able to create 1 new game. if you wait 6 you would be able to create 2 games... that way, after hitting the limit you could be sure that you won't hit it again if you wait 3 minutes between new games.
But this has been tested with sarkoth, I don't know what may happen if you run core of arreat without stopping if the run is longer than 2:55 minutes...

It also seems like changing quests counts as a new game, ie: if you change quests a lot of times and then start a new game you may hit the limit because every "change quest" counted as a new game.
