You must not have been using cheating programs for very long.
Nearly all programs will give false positives.

For example, my immortal147.zip i downloaded from the website.
immortal147.zip - Jotti's malware scan

Please note the result of Themidia. Themidia is the reason virus scanners cannot read the programs code.
