D3 PVP screen shot??

I was playing D3 and came back to find this. D3 was locked down had to force quite. Has anyone seen this before? It looks like a Red team VS a Blue Team. What i thought was odd as well is im lvl 60 but the exp bar is at the bottom.

I dont know why its small, although i know the quality is low anyway. But if you look close near the middle top it says Red team and Blue team. The HUD behind the error message looks to be a Red/Blue team score board. the error message is the standard network disconnect error i dont know why I was disconnected nor why the back ground changed to why I would think is PVP or a team PVP
