MFing in A2 compared to A3/4

Hey guys. So I have a DH with roughly 95k dps with SS, 301 base MF. I've been running goblins in A2 for a while now and contemplating if it's worth moving to A3. I don't stack any valors and get 2-3 rares on every goblin drop.

Gob runs take roughly under 1 minute with 1-2 goblins per run at a 50% or so rate. I probably get an i63 item every 4 or 5 gob runs.

I still get plenty of 5-6 affix 63s in A2 so I was just wondering if the QUALITY (not drop rate) of 63s are a lot better in A3 compared to A2.

I would be investing in a Natalya's set and changing up my gear a little if I were to make the jump to A3 and I'm just seeing if it's worth it to move on up.

It would definitely be getting harder, longer having to stack valors, and having less MF.

Goblins are a good way to farm without much risk of dying.

Act 3 is great for the stacks and constant rewards (if you dare call it that) of high level rares.

No one farms Act 4 (same loot table as A3).

Farming is worthless. Play Auction House as it was meant to be.

Seriously, I can farm Act 3, but I stick with Act 2 goblins most of the time because I'm horribly lazy. To make it more interesting, I go from the Desolate Sands-Ancient Path checkpoint, run down for the potential goblin; continue to Ancient Path waypoint, head to Road to Alcarnus for potential goblin; if Fortune Shrine, head to Alcarnus for 1-2 elite packs; head back to camp.

Are the 63s in A3 generally a lot better than A2?

No, 63s are random no matter where you get them. It's just that you're more likely to find 63s in Acts 3 and 4.

Completely disagree. I found the Seven Sins legendary plans off of a goblin in Act 2.

Well, I've recently completed a 500 *kills* (not runs) on those goblins, with 290MF all the time. I've been writting down everything (well, almost ): locations, ilvl63, 62, 61 drops, date/time start/stop of the run.
We're doing the same thing now as a group, do you guys think you'd like to know the results for solo now or wait for solo+group results?

...Acts 3 and 4 have exactly the same loot tables. If you've managed to get "better" stats from certain drops in Act 4 over Act 3, you have RNG to thank for it. If you chart out the results over 1,000 ilvl 63 drops from both Act 3 and Act 4 (each), then I'm more inclined to believe it's more worth it to farm Act 4 for a better chance in hitting the "best" stats. I will go with what Blizzard officially stated with the current loot tables. Prove them wrong for me and I'll go farm Act 4 right away.

As someone who has wasted a lot of time farming A4 gobs (horrendous low % spawn) and elites, I'd say the drop rates are not noticeably different
