^Well, if its fake, why keep it open. It'd do more harm if it was regarded as true, and come 1.0.4 they weren't implemented, imagine the reaction.

It was already fake at the new ilvl drop stuff.... I mean why would blizz change it in 1.0.3 and change it again at 1.0.4

And that's why they would nerf act 1 so it no longer drops i63, the place majority of people who haven't outgeared the game yet farm to make progress.
