Hello Joshua,
Thank you for contacting the Game Master Department, I hope all is well today! I apologize deeply about the wait time for your request; with the release of some new services recently we have seen a high amount of incoming requests such as your own. No worries though! I’m here to help get this issue addressed.
You had let us know of an issue with your recent auction house transactions.
At the moment we are investigating a few reported issues with the auction house. For the time being, we would recommend considering this risk when posting or buying high value items. If you do continue to use the auction house though and come across this issue again here are a few things to try in this order (note: this may not apply to previous auctions but is intended for auctions that were recently completed):
- Try relogging into the game entirely.
- Check the completed tab to ensure the status of the item is "sent to stash".
- When checking your stash in game, be sure to check all tabs, and make sure there is room in your stash before sending items to it.
If you wish to aid us in our fight against the issues with the Auction house, we would higly recommend posting about the issues you are having on the bug forums. Due to the new nature of the game and our reporting procedures, we've found it to be most efficient to have players submit the bugs they run into on our forums, as our Development team is more easily able to access this data and get the information directly!
