First of all, yes you do keep your balance, just that you need to buy new diablo 3 in order to use it, since they ban your diablo 3 account, not your battle.net account.
Second, you can not directly transfer it, but you can ask an friend with paypal attached to his account to post an auction, and then you buy it of him with your balance.



EDIT: Forgot to post, even if you get banned, and you have some things on RMAH, and they get sold while you're banned, you will still get money from these sales.

You can use it to buy a new blizzard game in the future aswell (top up rest if you have too little)

Also, it is not "RMAH balance" it is your "Battle.net account balance". That should make it clear that you will keep it regardless of your diablo 3 account status.

Nope, you can't transfer it directly from your balance to your paypal, so now you need to find someone with paypal and ask him to put some item for you to buy it with your balance.

Blizz is stealing lots of people's money from banning accounts with lots of auctions and then not giving them the money from the sales. I suggest reporting to the IC3.

I'm not sure why are you confused? lol

It's simple, they banned your Diablo 3, not your battle.net balance.

In order to use battle.net balance in diablo 3 again, you would need to buy new Diablo 3, and overwrite your previous (banned) one. If you want to transfer it to paypal, find a friend with paypal attached to his battle.net account, and ask him to post an auction of some item for price you want, and buy it off him. That way it'll get sent to his paypal.

Also, if you had some auctions active when you got banned, you'll still have them listed, and if they get sold, you will still get paid, but if they expire, without being sold, they're gone for good.

Are you ignoring me or what? Lol.

This is 3rd, and final time I'm answering here, on same topic at least. Of course you can sell it via paypal if you got it attached to your account, and if you get banned meanwhile, while your auctions are still up, and they get sold in meantime you'll still get the money.

However if you sell via battle.net balance, then you need to find someone with paypal, to transfer to his account, because you can't buy your own auctions.

if they kept your money u could prolly sue them. so of course they pay out even if banned.
