How to dupe Gold or Items

Saw this on d2jsp

1.) Have friend log in your account or use VPN to log in your account. (different IP address)
2.) Transfer all your gold and item to a mule account/friend's account
3.) Ticket support saying account been hacked and ask for rollback
4.) Friend accn/ mule accn won't get banned for this. It has been tested numerous time, as people in hardcore tend to do this alot to rollback death/gold...

p.s. 2.) If they don't have a "trade partner" what they do is they will trade all the gold for D2JSP Forum Gold. After they traded all the gold, then request for rollback....rinse repeat.

Your RMAH will be locked when you do rollback, you must use a different IP to login your account, cause blizzard trace IP address to see if account was indeed compromised.

This does worked, I just tested it on hardcore yesterday, both item and gold didn't disappeared.
Just think about this, if it will poof and disappear when people roll back, imagine the amount of rage and QQ on forum from people who brought the "dupe".

I haven't tried this on softcore yet, only did it on HC, rollback 3millions gold and full set of barb gear.

This is taken from another forum, but it sheds some light onto some of the flaws developed by blizz.

Duping isnt hard to a certain extent..this is the method i used to dupe.

*Note Dont use an authenticator or have one attached
Threw all my best items and all my gold onto 1 account and kept them there for a week...Gave my IRL friend my pw and account and had him xfer it all to his account from his place incase they did an ip trace. If you want you can have him change your pw and stuff to make it look like you really got hacked too.

Once it all has been transferred, log on your account and pretend like you got hacked/jacked. Submit a ticket for hacked account and request a rollback.
When i did this they didnt question me much or anything at all..they just wanted me to confirm that i wanted a rollback and asked approximately when i think i got hacked and i gave them a date.

1 day later my account was rolled back and i got all my gold and items back. I thought the items on my friends account would poof or it would poof if they clashed with my new set but NOPE..i got em all back onto my account..played for a while and they all stayed with me as well as my gold.

If you wanna dupe more..just file another claim as each account has 2 rollbacks. Once that account is done..just move on down the line and keep doubling up.

*Note I only did this once and this was done about 3weeks ago so i dont know if they changed anything as of today.
I only did this to test if i could double my gold/items and I DID.

Im gonna use my last rollback once i get about 100mil gold and a few more godly items since this account will no longer be able to use RMAH after 2 rollbacks/compromised.

Your account must not use authenticator and must log in with a different IP or you will be risking with a ban

It should work, but there is a Rollback limit ( 2 ). And to be on the creative side, buy a item from the AH ( your item ) that's how to transfer the gold, for the items just drop em on the ground and pickup with the other char so there wont be any Trade log.

you can dupe gold like that. but with items you are asking your mule account for being banned. every single item in d3 has its own unique id number. if they rollback your character they are creating dupe of this item - in database appear duplication of this id. they are doing some database checks for dupes - like it was in asia region when duping method was revealed - and then they are removing duped item + original item. so - you will loose that item in some time, or this account hanging dupe will be banned for duping.

that method work for gold. but you have to think a little. if you are logging as a "hacker" - do this from another computer (or just make some change in your comp - eg. turn off onboard sound card in bios - for different HWID) - so D3 will ask for secret answer at start. Of course - you have to use some different ip - like gsm pre paid. sell all items to vendors. all gold transfer to you second account. you can delete you characters as well. then wait around 12 hours, login as normal, and place ticket.

if you screw up - they can detct scam, and they will ban you "hacked" account as you mule account. I've personally seen such mails, and on some forums people reporting this kind of fails. But it was only their fold doing that WRONG.

I duped 100 mln gold this way.

Or you can log in with a different IP. Then sell all the gg item on d2jsp for forum gold or in game gold. Then request a rollback

well my friend got hacked and lost many items, and started farming right after. when the reset came through, he had duped rings and some more items. just saying that they dont control unique item ID's or just dont care about it.
