That bow would only be worth 70m if it had +Crit damage %, and/or Dex over 200 on it.
Even if you socketed a Radiant Star Emerald onto it, I doubt it would fetch more than 40M.

Unfortunately 2H Bows are not more desirable than 2H XBows right now. Or, at least they shouldn't be. 2H Xbows have a much higher base damage. They do have a lower attack speed, but that really doesn't matter in later Acts as you'll be stutter stepping most of the time.
