If you put some 46 star vitiality gems you can sell it for 5-10m

it's not that great of an item >_> 3 slots no biggie.
putting 9m worth of gems to sell it? not worth it either, + 15% fee.

it needs something of real stat value even a monk would pass this up.

What have you smoked my friend? Each gem costs 500k and 1.5k + it has resistance to all elements... But I overpriced it, on the AH you can get 150 vit, 150 strength and 70 ress to all elements for 3m. So that one there is worth 100k? LOL So sorry for giving you the wrong price mate
