    Received a mail from blizzard what does it mean?

    after crafting many gem yesterday and this morning I received a email from blizz that
    btw I record my mouse clicks to make my life easier I was using ghostmouse which record every move you make.. bla bla bla

    IF it is a legit email, which it looks like it is, then they locked your account for using automation software (ghostmouse), because they assumed that you had been hacked. I advise using something other than ghostmouse.

    yes it's a legit email from blizz. it locked my forums account but i recovered it as soon as I done the instructions above. Can this ban me? or warning? sort of ??

    I wouldn't worry, it looks like they just thought someone hacked your account.

    oh ok. btw if someone got caught botting etc. will blizz ban them right away?

    Most likely, I've been botting on Diablo 3 for about a month, and I haven't gotten caught at all.

    I got this when I built my new computer and logged into my D3 account on it the first time.

    its normal. diablo 3 checks hardware of computer to identify it is trusted computer - used previously or new one. if it detects that this kind of hardware is new so it asks for your secret password (you have to chose it from drop down list). By default its set to something like "Unconnect Battle.net account" - something really dump - i dont know what purpose is that. But when you click ok then, you account will got blocked. Alle you have to do is to recover password going through password recovery included in email.

    if you use you account first time on new computer, or even VM, it first time asks for that secret question. one more protection from being hacked.
