Hi is there a way to delete my ethernet card (I have 2 on p6tv2 winxp) completly... like will not appear anywhere ....

Disable it in device manager. If you want to do more than that, physically unplug it.

with device manage disabeling, they still appear ( with a red x on it but still appear)
