Looking for a program to position windows

I am looking for a program that will let me do things like center a diablo window in the top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right perfectly along the edges of the monitor.

I don't want all 4 to take up the entire screen perfectly per se, I just want them to be lined up perfectly with the edges without me having to do it by hand all the time.

I know windows key + arrows does something like this, but it doesnt work for me for some reason.

^ What Aminios said. However, if you're looking to manage multiple boxes 4+, I've been recommended to ISBoxer. You can configure your hardware for resource management, create window spaces to fit perfectly within your monitor size, and so forth. I'm pretty sure you have to pay for it though, so unless you really care about multi-box management, just find something free.
