Question about paypal negativa balance(suffered of charge back)

I have been scammed by Jurylieb via charge back. But i was fast enough to transfer money to my bank account. So my balance now is -220$.

What will paypal do if i don't add funds to get it positive again? Can i just delete my paypal account and make a new one?

I've never dealt with this, but I'd imagine they would send you a bill and if it went unpaid they would send you to a collections agency?

Happend to me already with 1000€ (it was hold back because of unknown reasons, would be released after 6 months automatically).

I didn't care about it and just thought I will never use the account anymore, because I got my money. After some months, automatic mails asking me to add money to the PayPal account. After 3 or 4 a real person mailed me asking me the same. 1 month on top of that they hired a collection company (one that sues you etc. to collect the money). I paid, but without the fees the collection company wanted. After the said 6 months, I got the money back, but they subtracted the fees I didn't pay (that is illegal, but I didn't care to sue them, it would be so much mess and maybe I won't win it anyway).

So, better pay it in first place
