Doing achievement's with maxed out char on normal?

    Hello there.
I tried to search this up but didn't have any luck with that.

The question is: Can i max out my char (lvl 60, gear) and then chose Act I on normal to do most of the achievement's? (such as finish act in less then 1 hour).

    Thanks in advance

Unless achievement description says "on nightmare/hell/inferno difficulty", you can do it on normal
