best place to level

i was wondering what the bset place to level at this moment is.

i play solo and dont get help, so i can't do the exploit with multiple handins.

and
2) Act II - Quest 2 - Part 2 (this better, than previous for me)

14-20: Highland Passage Checkpoint in the Imprisoned Angel - blacksmith event
20-30: Kulle runs normal
30-40: Queen NM
40 >: Kulle NM

Also Act II - Quest 2 - Part 2 rocks big time.
