Bought account yesterday from someone, today its suspended

So yeah i bought an account from someone with decent rep on elitepvpers (he also sells them here but new user)

After ~7hrs of plvling that account (belial exploit), i get a disconnect , try to log back in and get the message the "account is suspended"

I also got an email from blizzard:

"This notice is being sent to inform you that we were unable to successfully complete your recent purchase on the Blizzard Store. The charge for that item on your order was not finalized.
Since we could not fully authorize this item’s purchase, it has now been deactivated. If it was applied to a play account, it will no longer appear, and the account will be left in the state it was in previously."

I paid as a gift by paypal, can i make chargeback without calling paypal by phone?

Don't ever pay as a gift...

You could try contacting their CS via their site but it'll take some time.

i would contact the seller and when their is no good outcome, i would just contact the mods of epvpers... seems that he used a financial exploit to get the accounts...

i didnt use my Credit card , i had $ on my paypal account, i also contacted the seller (no response yet)

also checked his threads on elitepvpers regarding selling accounts, all of them have been closed today..

gonna contact elitepvpers mods if i wont get a response from the seller soon

Paypal is your best chance here I think.
