Help, paypal account just became "Limited" They need information

So, i was trying to transfer some money from my bank to my paypal once again, and now the account is "Limitet", they claim they need:

"Why is my account access limited?

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

Jun 12, 2012: We need some more information about some of your recent sales."

What do i tell them? Can i just say i made the money selling virtual currency?

Oh, i also need to confirm all of this, thats np tho, all is legit, but here are the things i have to fill out.

I would tell them what you were doing. You can sell anything that's not illegal and as long as the transactions were legit with legit payments I don't see the problem.

You had a lot of money coming into your account all of a sudden...they want to make sure its legit.

Paypal is subject to all kinds of anti-trafficking laws and regulations to make sure people aren't funneling money to terrorists and the like.

Tell them you're offering services. No shipping required for this. If you're using gift/money pak, you'll probably get into some trouble for that. I've had my gift completely removed from receiving payments (strangely i can still send them). I've been in the same place as you before.. It's generally easier to call PayPal. You might not always get a good person on the person to talk to though. Who you talk to can make all the difference.

A few of the things on the list shouldn't matter (supplier contact info). I wouldn't personally tell them that you're selling virtual currencies. It falls under goods, and they don't offer any kind of protection for it at all. They are pretty much completely against it.

This is why you should call and say you're using services. Services negates the shipping.

This. On line games are very easy targets of identity theft... Half the gold / d3 accounts were bought with "fake" credit cards.

I ran into the same problem when my girlfriend signed up with PayPal. It was a verified account with no money in it. We xfered money from our checking to the PayPal account. Immediately after the transfer the account was changed to limited and we were unable to do anything with the money. After a call to there customer service and verifying information we found out that we must have a minimum of 100$ in the account and that any amount over 1000$ will be held for x amount of time. Honestly' I don't like how PayPal treats sellers. There is no protection for virtual currency and have been charged back several times.

    Good luck!
