Mods seriously need to start banning people for any threads that don't provide proof of a claim in the original post. Shit's getting old and no one seems to do anything about it.

I used d3advanced maphack one time (3 weeks ago) and autoIT script for changing gear.. You think I will get banned on EU? :/ sucks if I do.. cuz I haven't used any bot/program just tried..

my pc is botting 24/7 for 4 days now, maybe 2-3hours brake max in between those days, no ban yet..

It seems they haven't hit the eu servers yet, or this banwave uses data gathered way earlier than 4 days ago, probably the era of 1.5.1 urns farm.

I've actually just had my account banned 11pm eastern time, just 2 hours ago. The only bot I used was Hellbuddy, and I actually only have about 120 hours logged on my account.
I don't know why some of you think it's fake, it doesn't surprise me that Blizzard would try and do some clean up before releasing the RMAH tomorrow.
I received the exact email mentioned earlier in this thread... I can take screenshots of it if you guys want but it's really nothing new. So far, for all of the D3 sites I've been on, mostly Hellbuddy users have been banned. As far as I can tell, Hellbuddy didn't have sufficient anti warden protection or was just more easily detected.
