this i would like to know that aswell if there is any possibility to get money out of paypall faster than he could get refund ( or buy something else ? ) maybe some good items or any goods ?

If you move it to your bank account, and somewhere down the line decide to make a purchase through paypal using your bank or credit card, they tag on that money to the purchase.

Say you're buying a blizzard 30 day timecard, that's like 15 bucks right? You happened to be scammed of your money for whatever means, or you're trying to be "smart" and launder it so you are negative 400 on your paypal account. The timecard will cost 415 dollars, and it doesn't matter if you unlinked that credit card beforehand either, there's always a papertrail.

Doesn't work like that, they take the funds back completely onto hold, so if u sent it through 10 paypals, 10 paypals are going to have disputes over the funds

Untrue, i chain mine, and ive had disputes, and i just leave them there, unverified ofc, they dont chain pull money.
