    Wrong authenticator number -_-

    I have 2 accounts, when i try to log in it says wrong authentication code..

    I can login into 1 of my account on my main pc (because it doesnt require authentication code anymore, unless i restart my router), also none of my items are taken so im not beeing hacked..

    What the hell do i do now? cant submit ticked because u need to be logged in for that.. (LOL)

    It could just be out of sync. Try pressing the resync button at the lower left corner. (assuming you have a mobile authenticator)

    Alright
    There should be a restore options in mobile auth menu. Have you tried that? That way you should be able to reconnect a "new" authenticator without contacting blizzard.

    Only do that if you're sure that that authenticator is for the account you cant login to though.

    yeah i tried restore too, couple of times.. still wrong authentication code...
    this is epic - getting a soft to protect my account, and instead getting ****ed by it! love blizzard

    Might sound stupid, but I have to ask. Are you sure that that authenticator is for that account and not the other (since you said you have 2)

    If your answer is yes. Then the only suggestion I could give you is to call Blizzard support. They should be able to help you after getting your secret question answer/name and stuff.

    I couldnt get a 2nd authenticator because i dont have a 2nd phone, so i somehow added same authenticator for both accounts, it worked fine untill now, not it doesnt work at all

    Can always use the PC authenticator...its how all my bots have authenticators

    or I've heard you can run the android version in a java VM or something like that

    iv sent them my id and requested to disable authenticator, and they replied with this:

    - Full name registered on the account
    - The last 4 digits of the credit card/bank account number or Full Pre Paid Game Card used for the payment

    i didnt buy the game from blizzard store, i bought it from another site, however i bought starcraft2 account almost 2years ago from blizzard on the same account

    what does this mean?? i need to provide them my password as well or wtf?

    can someone explain what the f*** is happening to me here? LOL
