Inferno Pony Level Questions

Hi - few questions on the inferno pony level
1) Can someone unlock this for you, if you don't posess the staff?
2) If unlocked for you, can you revisit the pony level in the future, without the staff?
3) If the answer to #1 is yes, can someone unlock for me tonight at 9pm et? :P

2) yes, if they bring the staff again. no, if you do not have another friend with the staff

you need a staff for every new pony level you create

Can you farm the staff items in normal and open in inferno?

There are 4 versions of the staff, one for each difficulty. The first staff costs 150k total to craft, and each version after that costs considerably more. For example, the inferno version costs 1000000 gold to create.

At least you get to keep it forever after making it. = )

I accidentally found the rainbow potion in NM.
Can I use it in inferno, if I buy wirt's leg in inferno?

you just need the mats to craft the staff on normal level... after that you'd just need gold to update

so we can farm the items in normal mode and still be able to play it in inferno?

yes. You just need to upgrade the staff to the inferno staff with a pattern (which is found on a vendor in inferno).
