Bought a diablo3 account, can i protect it from him retreaving it?

So yeah, just bought a diablo3 account from a guy, can i do smth to make that account "really mine" ?

I bought a starcraft2 account once, and after some time, the guy that sold it to me just contacted blizzard, said that his acc got "hacked" and they gave it back to him (my email+password)

There is always a chance that a bought account will be retrieved by the original owner in the future, you should've asked (if not) for the seller's ID photo or only buy account from trusted source.

Really simple solution is to just chargeback whoever you bought it from. Post his name on the forums and buy from legit sources from that point forward. Don't give scammers an inch.
