Selling gold from d3

Hi I'm new to selling gold, and I've been reading this forum for a while and saw many many and I mean really many scammers sellers and buyers so I'm in need of advice,I'm all up for fair trade half money half gold or smth like that, but how can I avoid if lets say e.g costumer pays me $$$ and I provide him with gold and after that he just charge back his money, what should I do here?

use paypal?

use moneybookers?

Already asked some traders and got some info didn't want to disturb their time much so I'm asking here any good tip would help me alot.

BTW not sure is this right place to put this thread so just move it if its not.(soz :P)

If you're so paranoid about selling your in-game gold for real money, then don't do it.

This is the only reason i won't do it.

And just a heads up, people are greedy, very greedy. So, if given the option to get gold AND get their money back without much effort, they'll do it.
