no most of what is in first post was stolen from members of virtualsteroids.com that i and several other members have been working on since patch
I discovered the Warden :P
Now a cookie please!
Anyway, dark1463 is right. Workaround is a priority and I love doing it!
Blizzard no longer IP ban people for hacking/exploiting - they just ban the game license (key). More money for them that way.
If you do something that directly breaks Blizzard's T&C's, expect the possibility of being banned. Thankfully Blizzard are quite laid back when it comes down to exploiting bugs and tend to not ban people for it. If they did, a great deal of D3 players would be banned,
Thanks for the heads up Rolfmoa
Thanks for those who appreciate my posting of this i appreciate your thanks. I didn't personally locate this but i heard about it quickly and decided to try and make it aware to people in our community.
I understand there will always be people who call me a troll or hate on me even though i'm trying to look out for them!

Thanks again Roflmoa.
Heads up, I was using the Act 3 Seige on bastion exploit as well as some other chest exploits. I used autoit to "afk" and I used the crap out of the exploit when physically there. I have not yet been banned. I did however stop as SOON as I read this post, about 2 hrs after having patched and afk'n the exploits. Just thought people might want more details. Good luck to those, and if you get banned, don't be a jackoff and just post:
OMFG BANNED BAAHH!!!!111one
It's really annoying. Let the community know how it happened for two reasons. To help us avoid getting banned as well as sometimes we may have input on you getting un-banned if we know how it happened in the first place.
Good luck all.
I TRIED using the maphack with the new patch, but it didn't work. I am not banned yet.
Thanks for this post, I was going to try the noclip hack too.
Blizzhackers says the d3a maphack does not work with new patched version. I have not tried but wasn't planning on it. Exploits and LESS-detectable's(autoit) are one thing but a maphack injects and reads/writes memory. Getting scuurrry, I try to avoid these until they are stable and for the most part undetectable.
Not that you want my recommendation OCNBlitz, but I would avoid the noclip unless you really don't care if you get banned.
If Blizzard has learned anything from the more experienced and advanced anti-hacks, they probably delay their bans in the effort to confuse the users. If they delay bans and you use more than one cheat, once you get banned your not sure which of the hacks are detected and which are not.
So some of you might not be safe just yet.
