Can't link my Paypal account to Battle.net account?

Im trying to buy a digital version of D3 thru Paypal. I get this stupid error.... Has anyone ever gotten this error and have been able to fix it?

I am verified... I have linked paypal accounts successfully before...
Also called support, they couldnt do shit

enable SMS authenicator in bnet, worked for me, had same problem, so now if you play d3 on a different ISP or different computer, it'll ask for verification code to sell RMAH items (it'll text you a verification code)

this same thing happened to me and im still not able to fix it, i wrote blizzard but that does **** all because they take a week alone to respond. idk what to do. try making a new paypal account.

I think you already used a different paypal account on your Battle.net account. you cannot used two paypal account to your battle.net account. I think that is the problem.. I hope i was able to help you.

It is a NEW account. I called them and they can't fix shit. Any1 able to correct this issue? I already tried linking with SMS protect.

After a little checking in on this, I haven't been able to get an exact time frame, but I do have assurances from everyone I've talked to here that getting this sorted out is a top priority for us. We'll have our team working to insure that this resolved as quickly as possible!

I think you already used a different paypal account on your Battle.net account. you cannot used two paypal account to your battle.net account. I think that is the problem.. I hope i was able to help you.

I think that it is exactly about it.I had the same problem as you, but I used accounts which I had connected to the battle.net,and its worked
