Boon of the Horder - low lvl T6

Hi,

yesterday I boosted a friend from 1 to 70 on hisT6 level (means he opend the game on T6..) . I found out that I get the same amount of Gold from the explosions as on lvl 70 T6.

While I was leveling my friend I made ~ 25M and I mean you know, those mobs are all 1-hit. In total we took ~ 1,5h time to get to 70. So ofc there are better ways to farm fast gold, but still not bad for the not so good equipped ppl I guess.

so the Boon of the Horder Gems seems to be linked to the T-level not the Char level.

Not sure if it is intended but I can't imagine that Blizz wanted it that way as you can make a lot of free Gold without stress.

Maybe interesting for ppl not able to farm on T6 on 70.

If you do it only for Gold Farmign you could go to better spots. We just did Act 1 bounties to level him fast.

it take 5 min to make 15 M ( make a t6 lvl 70 game, then find a 100 mob chest )

Yes this worked, made boosting my friends over the week rewarding. Run it with avarice band too for extra fun.

Not working just tested it, drops for a level 1 T6 game was between 200-1000 gold drops from boon gem

It does still make boosting more worthwhile as boom of the horder requires requires you to land the killing blow for a chance at the dropped gold, so it's still worth doing while boosting, I was using BoH on T4 and hold drops about 2600 GF was between 1000-20,000 per gold pile averaged 70k per mob killed which proc'd so still worth it 1 normal rift with lots of kill shots became 5M gold in less than 5 mins (was not a very dense rift either)
