I can confirm this is indeed fixed on EU.

Edit: Like previously mentioned, the Rat Callers are only able to spawn the rats once or twice.

Well, I was wondering if they removed the dungeon - went over 20 reiterations of Westmarch Commons and nothing.

That was quick, atleast I got 3 legends within 3 hrs of doing it at t4.

What other spawners do we have in Act5 ... let's see...those in graveyard summoning skeletons and dogs, those underground maggot spawners in march .. I'm going to check if any of them can be used as replacement.

Update: tried both. Graveyard mobs do not spawn forever and even though maggot spawners do keep spawning maggots, these do not drop any loot.

Looks lke they hotfixed this so they only spawn 2 sets of rats.. .then no more.

there are no hotfix explanations for exploit fixes.
