Level without killing anything and get a bunch of gold

while doing this i got from 60 to 64 in about 12 minutes and earned a mil gold but THEN
it got FIXED or something, cause i did more runs for about 15 minutes and didn't got the quest once.

It is NOT fixed. Have been running this the past 2-3 hrs. The event just rarely spawns.
That said, it's netting me 14,790,000 xp and around 120,000 gold each run at level 70 on Torm6. (around 18 mil xp with a pool of reflection)

Yup, in fact i'd say its mandatory once you reach level 63-64 because you'll need 5 or more runs for a level.

from 10 runs the quest spawned 3 times. Not worth it! Also OP implied an easy fast way to level, but its actually not that fast if it spawns random (better do rifts). And another down point: There are MOBS, ELITE mobs, with frozen etc -> no way you can go torment 6 without getting raped at the stairs before you leave game and even if you manage it´s risky Especially for hardcore players.

Ran it with 2 other people and it was great. It's not particularly fun like the OP states but it is effective at getting your alts to 70 quickly. Solo this isn't fun.

Did this from 50 to 70. The quest spawn rate seems much lower under level 60.
