i think what they did is:
changing the value of mf clientside
after killing siegebreaker everybody (except the one that has done the video) threw a legendary out of their inventory

pretty sure for 99.999% of people it's a lot easier to just edit 30 frames of a youtube video, changing the mf from 399% to 99999% and then get some of their friends to drop some unid legendaries while hiding behind siegebreaker.
Of course, I want this to be real and I want somebody to show me how it's done.
