Get over 375% MF

So I noticed today that I was able to get over 375% MF by upgrading my followers gear.

You are able to get 300% from your gear/paragon, and 75% from NV. However apperently your follower is stacking on top of all that.



Im at 297% with my gear, and 75% with Nephalem Valor. My follower gives me 21%, which totals to 393%.

The image is my follower on the left and my stats on the right.

Recommended items for your follower are:
39% ammy of any type
Blade of Prophecy (can get one with 35% for around 150k)
2x 15-16% rings of any kind
This will get you 20-21% bonus MF for no loss.

Hope this helps someone. I didn't see anything about it around, but I saw alot of complaining about the 375% cap.

Your stats wont go above 300% with your own gear, until you put MF on your follower. Then it goes over.

Theres no way to confirm or deny if theres some hidden cap unless someone knows of a blue post I couldn't find.

im sure you could up your follower more. I simply made a suggestion that doesnt cost millions. You can get your follower up to 21% for under 1 mill.

Your own gear + followers gear + all shrine buffs COUNT to 300 MF CAP. you get visually over that, but it will only count 300. Actually i saw a blue respond saying that they are investigating if followers MF stacks beyond 300. Didnt get any more info after that.

i cant believe that they patch mf just to fail on 2 out of 3 mf sources. however , its like creator said, its quite unproveable and they "would" fix it before you tested it enough

so... the cap is 375,399 or 403? anyway pls post what items on fallower will get u to 399 atleast

ok so does this mean once u get to 100 lvl paragon u would not need to actually wear ANY mf gear? and just use 5nv and max at 375? cause right now i have 315 with follower and no nv stacks. so can i swap out a couple pieces for more dps? im only at paragon 7.

i had 340 without NV and switched to dps gear down to 260 MF so i can farm more efficiently(faster, and act3 from act 2) too. i dont see that many legendarys though. when i was max MF i used to get them very often

Yep once you hit 100 you have 300% base MF/GF so its pointless using gear with it on
