Having the new legendaries with the name Last Breathe(witch doctor) or Sever along with % damage converted to life and enjoy the insane amount of healing! You will also see some tremendous damage!

Using this on a barb with other pieces that add % to life will just multiply this too
Also if your a Wizard there is a spell you have to add % to life so all you would need it just a sever

It isn't an exploit and its a known stats "combo". It should be listed as a guide.

I just wanted to jump in really quickly to clarify that we have no current plans to change how the Legendary sword Sever or the Rest in Pieces affix functions. I can assure you there is no nerf, and none were ever announced. We were briefly looking into Sever (which is why it appeared in the Known Issues List), but ultimately decided against making any changes.

I'll close by adding that there are no changes planned for either Sprint or Battle Rage, so all you crazy double tornado barbarians will still be able to log in after 1.0.4 goes live and continue with your current build. Or, you can try out some of the new toys we’re adding. Either way, we hope you have fun and are looking forward to 1.0.4!
