This is the only place I could think to add this, sorry if its in the wrong spot.

Currently, on Softcore Amercia servers, Fiery Brimstones are going for 244,xxx gold.

However, you can sort by legendary level 60 armor and score some buyouts around 175000-225000 gold. Once they are purchased, salvage them, put the Fiery Brimstone on the commodity AH for a reasonable price and it will sell within seconds, netting you an easy (typically) 20000-25000 gold for little to no work at all.

I know it isnt much but it could cover your repair costs between games!

If fiery brimstone goes for 244k you need to pay less than 207400g for the salvaged item if you want to make a profit. If you pay 225k you will lose money..

I don't think there are any bots doing it right now? I just signed in to test this and sure enough something was there for 200,000k

This seems more like a guide than an exploit, buying items that are priced lower then the salvaged materials is common for essence/tears.
It's a nice way to spend a few minutes, can get tedious if done for an hour straight.

Can do this with under-priced items for resale, buying low and selling normal.
fiery price (last 10) x 0.85 = the max buyout you set when searching, that will let you break even, anything lower is profit.

If one of these bargains stays up for 10 seconds, that's a very long time.

Because they nerfed the "drop" rate. I salvaged a lot of brimstones out of blue items before the patch. Since then no single one.
